VOSS Intel reports are AI-generated estimates only and do not constitute financial, legal, or professional advice. All projected values are approximations based on submitted data and algorithmic analysis.

You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to submit the User Content and that doing so does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws. You are solely responsible for ensuring that any AI chat transcripts you submit do not contain confidential or proprietary information belonging to third parties without authorization.
6. AI-Generated Reports — Disclaimer
VOSS Intel reports are generated by artificial intelligence and are provided for informational and productivity tracking purposes only. You acknowledge and agree that:
- All projected values, hours saved estimates, and ROI calculations are approximations only
- Reports may contain errors, omissions, or inaccuracies
- VOSS Intel reports do not constitute financial, legal, accounting, or professional advice
- You should independently verify any figures before making business decisions based on them
- VOSS Reporting LLC makes no warranties regarding the accuracy or completeness of AI-generated reports
7. Subscription Plans and Payments
VOSS Intel currently offers a free tier of service. Paid subscription plans will be made available in the future. When paid plans are introduced:
- Subscription fees will be clearly disclosed before purchase
- Payments will be processed by a third-party payment processor
- Subscriptions will automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
- Refund policies will be specified at the time paid plans are launched
We reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable advance notice to users.
8. Intellectual Property
The Service, including all software, designs, logos, text, and functionality, is owned by VOSS Reporting LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use VOSS Intel's trademarks, logos, or brand features without prior written consent.
You retain ownership of your User Content. VOSS Reporting LLC retains ownership of all AI-generated report structures, templates, and output formats.

10. Limitation of Liability
