- Payment Processors: When paid plans are introduced, payment information will be handled by a third-party payment processor. We will not store your full payment card details.
- Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or governmental authority.
- Business Transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
We do not share your personal information with advertisers or marketing companies.

Your data is stored on Cloudflare's infrastructure using Cloudflare D1 (database) and Cloudflare Workers. We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including:

No method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Submitted chat transcripts and generated reports are retained in our database to provide your report history. You may request deletion of specific reports or all your data by contacting us.
